Don't understand the logic of the arrangement for selling tickets for the Everton tie.
8 Mar: season ticket holders can buy 1
10 Mar: members can buy 1
14 Mar: season ticket holders and members can buy a second one.
But a lot of season ticket holders and members will want two together. If you buy one on 8/10 March, you cant guarantee getting a second one in the neighbouring seat, so if you want to go with a friend, you'll have to wait until 14 March before buying any.
But all the single ticket sales before then means remaining seats will probably be scattered all over the place, so you still won't get two together. Which means you won't go at all and will stay home with your loved one/mate and watch it on the box.
Looks like crazy marketing to me.

I had payments refused on two separate Mastercard cards both for Stoke and this game. Visa card went through first time for both games ...

Wait if we get through.
In 1990 I queued for 17 hours through the night for one ticket for the final. As a member only. For the replay it was "how many do you want". Its certainly slightly better nowadays.

Those were the days!! To be fair it was a laugh queueing through the night. I lived in South Norwood at the time, so we got in the queue and our wife’s brought us over sleeping bags, flasks and food later on

I've just bought mine and a couple of mates on my 'friends & family's list. I put three tickets in the basket, then after it told me that I had too many it gave me the option to allocate them to the said friends.

Got our season ticket seats too

Didn’t manage to get my season ticket seat but got one in next block along but still in front row of the gallery.
Just hoping I can get one for my fiancé on Monday morning even if it’s in another stand.
