What bothers me is this statement from the judge

So the vast majority of the country holds profoundly offensive views do we? But hey ho we should be tolerated.

One more point

And of course, he could well “appear” at a female changing room near you. Not unexpected for Channel 4, who didn’t try to block it, but has he not committed an offence under the public decency legislation?

Biological sex is the law. Sex is a protected characteristic under the equalities act.

The law is not gender critical.
