I worked in Banking and Finance for 30 years coincidently my last 4/5 bosses were all female they were good managers and a lot smarter than me.

When I retired I did 3 years working for M&S as a shelf stacker my bosses were all female stupid and first rate bullies.

I think gender is irrelevant the good bosses are good because they know their job and have the respect of their staff. The bad bosses are normally incompetent and use bullying to cover up their flaws.

The only bad female boss I had when I worked in finance was a lesbian who used her sexual preference as an excuse to cover up for her failings as a manger e.g. all us men were misogynistic. Of course she failed to mention that most of the female staff disliked her as well as it was a waste of time asking her for help as she had no product knowledge.

One more point

I overheard a few 'women' talking about our 'gender neutral' toilets at work and caught the word 'gender fluid' being said.

I was slightly concerned suspicion had been raised regarding my occasional, suspiciously long visits to the carzey.

Turns out it was just about diversity etc.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!
