Well, this was always going to be a rebuild year and it feels like we've hit a plateau and gone as far as we can with the current team. Need to have a good summer transfer window for next year.
Success will lie to you but failure always tells you the truth. |

We got what we deserved. Absolutely nothing. We were awful. That's 3 really poor performances in a row now which is a bit concerning.. I thought Mitchell had a really poor game. If I never saw Ayew in a Palace shirt again I genuinely wouldn't care. If anything this end of season is showing us that there us still plenty of work to do and alot of dead wood to get rid of. We've exceeded expectations and had some great moments but still along way to go for us.
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

Thought our second half performance was so much better than the first. However, even with so much possession we were never going to score as the final ball was awful. Balance in first half was terrible and Olise being the worst of our players? Macca needs to play alongside Gallagher and Kouyate. Might not be fit and getting on but he is quality. Doesn’t help that when he does come on the better players are taken off?

Don't really understand why Zaha is unsubable. It was the same with Roy and now Vieira is doing the same thing. It doesn't matter how bad he plays, he always stays on. Why? Recruitment is going to be essential in the summer and we really need to get it right or it's going to be a difficult season. Edited by pompeyeagle (20 Apr 2022 9.55pm)

PV needs to get over his problem with Hughes and play him. Every time Hughes plays we seem a better more direct team but oh no…he keeps playing Kouyate and Schlupp. Pi$$ed off seeing a collapse after a reasonably good season.
The beatings will stop when morale improves. |
