There is also additional benefits for the 50 pounds! like the year subscription to palace TV! and a goodie bag! I think a child one gets a free junior kit aswell worth the same price?

Has anyone ever had their call answered on the new box office number I have called several times, waited on the line for ages and requested callbacks, all to no avail. I'm wondering if its worth trying again….. give me hope someone! Thanks!

Anyone having issues trying to renew season tix through the website? I get to the screen beyond the basket, where it looks like i should be able to select "DIGITAL SEASON TICKET DOWNLOAD" with Pevious & Next buttons, but i can't select the option, and the Next button does nothing...

Anyone know any details on the Direct Debit scheme, can't find anything on the website. I used to pay this way a few season ago but switched because they were using some dodgy 3rd party company with credit cheques. Wanted to check if they'd got rid of them and just doing it like they used to.

We have two tickets between the 3 of us as a family. Have I got to pay £100 ie two lots of £50 so I can share a ticket ?

I'm struggling with that too. tried on different browsers and mobile too. Rang the box off ice multiple times, seams to leave me o hold for about 10 mins and then hang up.
