The Man U supporters spent most of their time having a go at the Palace fans in the corporate boxes. I think they finally found their level of singing competition.

West Ham are useless. We did them a massive favour and they couldn’t make the most of it.

I've criticised Wilf for his tantrums etc. with,I feel, good reason - oftenmessing up his game, so he's not so effective. But, hands up, I thought he was excellent yesterday, a real pain in the arse to United.Well done. Impossible not to mention Gallagher too and several others had very good games. A deserved win, but we have to accept United is in a mess. Enjoy it whilst we can!

What a farewell party (if he returns to Chelski) from Conor G. His energy bursts and tackling is just unbelievable, easily MOTM for me!

Didn’t get to the game on Sunday but would be interested in finding out how Rak-Sakyi played, will he get pitch time next season?

In dog beers I’ve only had one.

Good game, great atmosphere, number of Man Utd high profile players missing due to ‘injury’, fab way to end the season.

I now look forward to the crazy world of ‘transfer season’. It does make me laugh with who we are linked with, and those who know players personally via their cousins, girlfriends, uncles best friend etc…

1) Wilf played like a kid again: creative, confident, hungry.
2) Rak-Sakyi looked like he belongs.
3) Gallagher made a statement, returning to early season form.
4) Ward was a warrior who made scary mistakes when tired.
5) Eze's skills are breathtaking. Effortless.
6) Guaita is our clear #1 keeper.
7) ManU missed easier chances than we did.
8 ) We didn't close out the game well. Both Macca and Ward committed head-scratching fouls to open the door for ManU.
9) I wish Schlupp's conditioning matched his skill, vision and sense of positioning.
10) Mitchell is so good I'm shocked when he gets beaten.
11) Edouard? A puzzle. He'd look better with more playing time, but Mateta seems more of a threat.

I'd agree with a lot here, except for maybe Rak-Sakyi. He didn't look bad, but didn't really attack the game. If the young kids want to get some playing time they need to jump on any opportunity.

He played OK and even made an excellent defensive tackle late on during his time on the pitch. Was probably too safe too often in his choices IMO. I wouldn't be surprised if he's loaned out next season, hopefully to a Championship club where he will get regular first team football.

If Ayew's 1 year option has been triggered then I don't see R-S getting much game time with us next season.

Agreed, thought he had a good game today. He read the game really well, dominated the midfield and was clever in his distribution.

Agreed. I wasn't overwhelmed to be honest. It's a little hard to say though. I remember two passes to him were intercepted, so possibly his positioning was a little obvious. Was fouled going past Fred (I think) and looks like he has some serious agility but will need a bit of time. Did well overall given his first start came against Man U, even if it isn't the same team of old.

I'd personally like to see us use Rak Sakyi and a few other young players next season. We need some new blood in the team.

It's remarkable how we recovered from the defeat and trauma of the Everton game to beat ManU 3 days later.

It seems players recover more quickly and there are few injuries now, we often struggled to put a team out under Roy.

Is it improved diet, training methods, larger squad, I was expecting them to be tired especially late on.

I suspect its partly due to a couple of things.

Much younger team

Play with more of the ball, which is less tiring than defending for 90 mins

The most damning statistic to me was their 22 fouls, compared to our 12. We all see the “big” teams foul to break up any potential counter attack but how Maguire, McTominay and Hannibal didn’t get yellows and how Lindelof didn’t get a second defeats me. The pull back by Maguire, the deliberate trips with no possibility of getting the ball, and simply taking Wilf out had to be yellow card offences and no doubt would all have been yellows if it was a Palace player committing them. Indeed to prove that after at least 3 of those fouls, the first yellow was to Hughes. His was definitely a yellow card offence, but theirs were just as bad if not worse.

Perhaps Atkinson didn’t want to upset them in his last (thank the Lord) game.

I got vision, and the rest of the world wears bifocals.
