De Jong is not going anywhere he stays at Barcelona, they owe him too much money, people need to think about this, the only way Chelsea would let him go out on loan, is until January so he can play himself into the world Cup squad.

After that they want him back for the business end of the season, who wants Gallagher until January? There's no point, this is pointless, he is not coming back, unless we bid £40 million to buy him.

Sorry I don't give people false information, reality only, is what you will always get from me.

I miss Gallagher in our team, there is less energy, but it is not true we haven't replaced him and it is not a total loss.
Eze is playing instead and although a different player is still a positive player to have on the pitch.
His assist against Liverpool. Not a contribution Gallagher would have made.
For Palace I'm sure he would have made different contributions but who knows if they would have been better?
I would have him back in a heartbeat but we are OK without him. He might need some time, bench time, not playing more than a few minutes for Chelsea to realise how great it was at Palace for him.

Totally agree with you mileend. Gallagher leaving was a disappointment but Eze leaving would be a dagger.
Still wish we had him though.

I'm glad he's getting a fair chance at the club he supports - not convinced it will work out for him there but if they don't give him the chances they will never know

Good luck to him he’s made it plain that’s where he wants to be. Hopefully we can move on from him now.

My sentiments exactly, he's not coming back, love the boy and I wish him all the best.

Being played in deeper role on the left side of a double pivot with Jorginho. He doesn't look comfortable in that role. We saw Vieira try him deeper last year and it didn't really work.

With 10 days of the transfer window left I wonder if this is Tuchel deciding if he wants to keep him or not. From what I've seen so far I'd be surprised if Gallagher lasts more than an hour. (He'll probably score now!)

The way chelsea are playing, it might be his last, even though it’s not his fault, I expect he’ll be the scapegoat and be back on the bench next week

I've just had a quick glance at the Chelsea fans'forum as at half-time, and Gallagher is one of a number who aren't exactly getting rave reviews.

If Tuchel has put him in the team today in order to decide whether he stays or goes out on loan, based on this performance there's every chance he'll be going so I certainly wouldn't rule it out just yet.
