I thought it was a reference to 'men not boys' as opposed to 'men not females'. He was talking about the male game. I haven't seen anyone else suggest this. Just yet another excuse for failures to direct their ire and the responsibility for it elsewhere other than on themselves. Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!
