Absolute Rubbish

I didnt understand, why he kept passing into touch, nowhere near a Palace player and under no pressure.

Sky disappointed that Liverpool didn't win.
Yes, they dominated possession but I don't think Guiata had a serious save to make.
For us Zaha could have scored 3 and we had a number of nearly momenta.

Maybe he like all the other players the worked their balls off he was tired.

Obviously would have taken a point before k/o but Alan Smith said he has never seen a team playing against 10men unable to keep the ball and I agree.I thought Wilf apart from taking his goal well was terrible, didn’t hold the ball up,didn’t press their defenders as say Ivan Toney would have and kept falling over.I thought Andersen was fantastic tonight and all our defenders did well.It was a very nervy watch which after them going to ten men shouldn’t have been, if only we could pass consistently to our own players we could have stretched them and gone on and win the game.

Ol' Nunez gave a real scumbag showing.

Nice to see he's not just playing for that club, he has really absorbed the culture up there too.

Viva PV!

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

I thought Eze was outstanding tonight.

Time and again, he beat Liverpool players.

If we can get another decent central midfielder, the link up play could be superb.

A point gained in the manner of a Hodgson side from a few seasons ago. Fair enough. A pity Zaha is so profligate, he lacks the composure required in those situations. I didn't understand the Edouard substitution at the time. Nevertheless a well earned point.

Alan Smith for SKY. “ Wilfred was well wide with that one, ohhh he’s actually hit the post” Get the useless clown off the commentary team!

Better result for us than for Liverpool. My one worry is the difficulty in keeping possession but I'm sure that'll sort itself out.

A good night for us.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

I think a big reason we couldn't press the 1 man advantage was we didn't have that real influencer in midfield who could pick them off.

May be hubris but I think with CG we win that one. Not to say I'm not satisfied with a point against excellent opposition!

A point at the Scousers. That’s a good result any way you slice it

Anyone seen Grumpymort? I appreciate a point is crap in his eyes but he’s the man who would complain about not invading Russia in the middle of winter
