His career nosedived, ever since he grew a moustache, strange but true.

He's the opposite of Samson?

I think Painter is just trying to compare him to Hitler ASCPFC.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Something isn't right with Alli. Could be a disruptive force, not worth the risk.

Big no. Unfortunately he is not the same player. We need the right mindset amongst our squad. Thankfully Dougie Has always stressed this since his management days

No thanks 8 months at Everton and hasn't turned his career around. Unless PV has a magic trick up his sleeve it's a big no.

He has lost his way as a footballer.
In 2016-17 he scored 22 goals for Tottenham and the following season scored 14 goals for the club, including 2 against Real Madrid in the Champions League.
He is a shadow of the player who performed with aplomb for Tottenham.

I'd rather get a chunk of meat from the Deli counter, drape it in a Palace top and throw it in the middle of the pitch quite frankly however it is an interesting thought.

Something not quite right about him, was always there but he did seem able to play football at some point. On a free with say a 25k a week rolling contract I'd consider.

I'd rather sign Ali Bongo. And he died in 2009.

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

No doubt he’d be a risk.

He hasn’t had the best family support network behind him as a youngster and he has clearly lost his way. But a little bit of the old Palace family TLC AND time might see him returning to the player he can be?

That goal he scored at Selhurst for Spurs was off the chart and talent like that (in a problem position for us) has to be worth considering imo, but a lot of patience might be required.

A definite No. Career has bombed now. Looks like he is heading for Turkey anyway.
