Mine have failed to load 50% of the time. I've had to email the box office repeatedly. It doesn't seem to play very well with Androids. I tried all the things they suggested but the only thing that worked was something I tried myself. un-installing wallet and reinstalling it. But that is doing zip this time. The instructions they give. Close and reopen wallet - never worked. I'm now waiting for another reply from them as I have 3 tickets all with the Wolves game!

I called the box office today and they sent me a pdf version in 5mins. Said they'd had loads of callers with the same problem. Hope it sorts itself out for you. Modern technology... faster, smoother, easier!!!

I was told they update the match a few hours before kick off! By rights it should be updated the day before not a few hours. Honestly this system is terrible we pay so much for poor service.

Its just the QR code that gets updated 2 hrs before the game. The ticket should be updated 48hrs before. They sent me an email link to click on from the phone and it worked. the question is why are we 12 games in to the season and still having to muck around. A lot of Android users are going to be turned away from the turn stiles tomorrow. They have been sending out links all day! I got mine at 16:50!

I not got nothing and am Android using. Against Villa and Brentford l had to queue up top of the Holmesdale to get a paper ticket. I be fuming if l have to do that tomorrow. I check the QR code if it's different then l may have a chance of getting in without any problems. If it's still has Wolves am getting ticket to get in.

I just went up to the ticket office and said my season ticket is still showing Wolves, so she just printed me out a ticket...suggest if anyone's is still showing Wolves leave a bit earlier and mooch to the ticket office

I got IPhone, ticket normally automatically updates, it hasn't this time, but just refreshed the page & it now updated to show Southampton - Just a tip in case it works & saves anyone the extra queue before the game -
