Ticket Forwarding to F&F

Apologies if already covered but I scrolled and couldn’t find it. I recall seeing a news item where ST holders could share their ST with other friends and family, before I ring the ticket office tomorrow has anyone been successful in doing this ? I’ve tried through the App and reach a point where I select the member to forward my ticket too and select the child/adult etc. box but no option to actually then forward. Any help appreciated, Ty

It’s a bit hit n miss. Mate of mine actually forwarded it but it didn’t turn up. If you screenshot the QR code that works but I can’t see mine now.

Thanks for your reply, likewise the QR code seems to have disappeared on my ST too. I’ve managed through the CPFC website to forward my ticket for £1.90 to another member in my F&F list. I thought Steve Parish changed this after complaints saying we could forward to other members free of charge but I haven’t got the time to ring the box office and work it out.

Ive gone to the website - listed my brother with his ticketing account number & got a message up on the screen saying that it was successful - that's as far as I have got, not actually tried to share the ticket yet as I have been lucky enough to go to all the homme games so far.

My season tickets in my Apple wallet have just disappeared. They have been fine for a season and a bit. They are now in an expired folder. Anyone else had this happen?

Has anyone used this F&F tool successfully? WHen you're the recipient of a ticket - where do you retrieve it from?

It worked for me earlier this season. You select the person you are sending it to & it is emailed to them and they downloaded it into their wallet

The app has a bug in the process where it wont let you complete he transfer. With the way it works, in reality you can ultimately transfer the ticket to anyone. e.g. Edited by MrRobbo (02 Feb 2023 7.06pm)
