I've never been to South Korea but I do know New Malden quite well - and they have a nice culture there, better than Norbiton I'd say. Was there yesterday, there's a massive Korean supermarket there called "H Mart" which is a gold mine of all Asian foods, with an obvious specialty for Korean.
