I was waiting for more Jedi type players - as they're fan favourites but obviously not the best we ever had. Your's is very close to what mine would be. Paddy for Guehi. Sansom has to make it too, I reckon. Wright And Bright will never be beaten. Together they were brilliant, seems surreal now. We really did score for fun, and it was fun. I also doubt I could put Eze - maybe in a year or two? As a favourite, more like Ambrose or Hughes, or even Cabaye or Gray. Another favourite (who was not the best) was Barber (comical really).

Weirdly identical thinking to me and I considered all those. I feel Salako has really left a bad taste as a "pundit"/snide from the side...hence why he missed out. Probably would have had Sansom but don't honestly remember him that well. Same with Hilaire.

I was under the impression that feeling was pretty much unanimous amongst our supporter base. If he came to a game as a civilian I suspect he'd be most welcomed by all.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |
