4-2-3-1 consistently would be great. RB is probably the weakest link a transfer in January like Djed Spence, Max Aarons would really give us a more attacking threat. Hopefully Riedewald gets more minutes him and Doucoure could be a good partnership. And that will allow Wilf at his best on LW, Eze best position at CAM and Olise best position as a RW. And either Mateta or Edouard up front.

He�s got the quality on the ball - it�s the physical demands he struggles with nowadays. Gets caught out for pace etc. He played very well when he came on against Leicester.

Every Premier League point is hard earned and the idea that we should be just turning up and beating the likes of Leicester and Leeds is fanciful. I think, overall, the squad isn�t that good, lacking intensity / physicality and Gallagher�s loan papered over some of the cracks a bit. Some of the chat about formations, RIedewald, Hughes etc smacks of the similar clutching at straws during the last year or so of Roy�s tenure IMO. I really dislike the phrase �winnable games� but would imagine that�s exactly what many teams feel when see us on the fixture list. Every Premier League point is hard earned and the idea that we should be just turning up and beating the likes of Leicester and Leeds is fanciful.

I think, overall, the squad isn�t that good, lacking intensity / physicality and Gallagher�s loan papered over some of the cracks a bit.

Some of the chat about formations, RIedewald, Hughes etc smacks of the similar clutching at straws during the last year or so of Roy�s tenure IMO.

I really dislike the phrase �winnable games� but would imagine that�s exactly what many teams feel when see us on the fixture list.

Gallagher flying the nest has had a big affect on how we drive forward on the pitch ( he also scored goals) As for the winnable games im sure every team in the league thinks they can beat us. COYP

100 % agree with this. Gallagher flying the nest has had a big affect on how we drive forward on the pitch ( he also scored goals) As for the winnable games im sure every team in the league thinks they can beat us.
