Whilst I don't expect us to win, I do expect us at least to score. The last 10 PL games between the two sides have seen BOTH teams score. I'll go 1-1.

Not optimistic Wet Spam are another one of those clubs we should do better against and never seem to. Will settle for a draw but don't expect it.

A lot of pressure on Moyes and West Ham in this one. They could be in bottom 3 before WC break. They struggle for goals and are not great at the back. I think we will win this one.

This is going to be a long afternoon without Cheick Doucoure if he is unavailable again. I hope Luka enjoyed his upturn in form last week and hope it continues to improve.

Luka’s upturn was more down to Southampton not pressing us in the first half. From the start of the second half until Hughes and Reidewald came on to support him in midfield we were struggling big time as Southampton pressed us. Everton pressed us all match and one central midfielder can’t cope with that, even if it’s Dacoure. We need two in the middle supporting each other, especially if opponents press us. If they don’t, then take one of the two off for a more attacking player. West Ham will attack us and we will struggle with just Luka or Dacoure in the middle.

Where has this Dacoure come from out of interest? Was he a signing I missed?
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

id like to see Luka and jairo sitting in and give eze the role of coming deep and collecting the ball. Play two central midfielders and we are In with a chance. Play the normal one and I expect a beating along the lines of the recent Everton away game?

Don't really see enough of them.
