The arguments used for abortion in the original Roe v Wade case were incredibly weak when looked at......they tried to claim that the constitution was somehow allowing for abortion when it was one hell of a stretch. The Democrats lie and lie and now you think that the Republicans passed a law.

Whilst the red-neck right might have been more visible and noisy in recent years they have always existed, and the more reasonable pushed into the background, that seems to be changing. The Republicans have traditionally been much closer to the centre than they are now, and the Democrats have not been "taken over" by the progressives. They just have a noisy wing, like all political parties tend to.
For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally. |

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |
