Everyone is absolutely right.

There is no way we should have that bullying, free-scoring, aggressive mighty lump of a centre-forward anywhere near our club.

The last thing I want to see is a load of heavily bruised oppo defenders in the players bar after the game moaning about how badly he treated them. I like it as it is withn them thanking us for having such a lovely Saturday afternoon (apart from last Saturday haw haw).

Trouble with that is that for many clubs 100s of thousands is just pocket money.

Interesting thing from all of this is Silva's inability to maintain discipline at every club he manages.

I'd love a bully of a striker, God knows we've seen enough of Benteke and Mateta not punching a fraction of their weight.

What I wouldn't want is any player who batters into and/or squares up to opponents left, right and centre, but then falls to the floor holding his face and crying when he gets touched in return.

I'm afraid such conduct places the player very much in the 'C' folder in my filing cabinet, personally.
