Ahem. Today's nap is Greek Revival (Newbury 3.55) and I'll also be backing Priors Lodge (Newbury 3.05) and King's Crest (Hamilton 8.15) which was unlucky not to get the hat-trick yesterday.

My three tips for the golf all finished within two shots of the winner, and if Padraig hadn't gone for glory on the 18th and blasted his drive into a bunker giving him a bogey, he would have been joint winner. Gutted!

Not much of obvious quality running today, so I'm going to stick my neck out and recommend a double on Forum Chris and Old Marsh in the first two races at Worcester this afternoon. Both are odds-on chances. They both won, at 2/7 and 8/15, so winnings are now up to £23.43
