The way it's worded gives the impression that they truly decent alright guys who clearly love our club.It's not your run of mill official jargon filled self indulgent all promising press releases that usually follow such events but a statement we can all identify with,from the the opening few lines spelling out the lengthy process thay had to deal with to the staff and players and then ending up with thanking the supporters help in the long hard push in the past season and into the last couple of nail biting weeks. Finally the comforting words of the clubs future and the coming new season. I wouldn't have dreamt i would be reading a statement such us this last week. Many thanks to these guys!! ........................Then along came Johnny Byrne! and the rest, as they say, is history.....................

Without doubt,as already stated,the best post i have ever read on this site and probably the best i ever will.

CPFC2010 just posted this on BBS: And I'd like to add, on behalf of myself, Martin and Jeremy what an absolutely amazing job Steve Parish has done in handling the negociations with all the different parties involved. It was mind-bogglingly complicated and at times it looked impossible to see the wood from the trees, but Steve stuck at it. I think that he's the most tenacious person that I have ever met! Not only that, but he broke his collar bone on Sunday and still kept going. Thanks again to all Palace fans for your brilliant support. If you haven't bought a season ticket for 2010/2011 please help the new regime and buy one now! Details should follow shortly. We are all united again and want Selhurst to have big crowds and a great atmosphere next season. If you have any suggestions about improvements that can be made please post them on the "Ideas for the New Owners" thread and Tony Matthews is going to sort the sensible ones into a list for us to go through. I couldnt really contemplate not watching Palace next year wherever it would have been but thanks to you guys the future looks a lot better than it has done for ages. I think the fans and the club deserve a stable future and i am looking forward to seeing it. Well done to all the fans who went to either or both of the protests. showed how much we cared. Now lets get people into the ground and cheer the team on in what will hopefully be a good season Thanks CPFC 2010. Appreciate what you have done for the club.
