Overused phrases such as "if you know what I mean" and "at the end of the day". And where on earth did the word physicality come from. I swear it has only appeared on our screens in the last 3-4 years!

What really raised my hackles is getting behind a slow vehicle on 'Long Furlong' which is @ 3 miles long and runs adjacent to the South Downs between Clapham and Findon.Number of times I have been stuck behind either a tractor/large vehicle/car driving very slowly and often there is not much opportunity to overtake.Some drivers driving way below the speed limit.Bloody infuriating.
