From where I'm sitting, his movement needs a lot of work. Doesn't seem to anticipate anything or gamble on any crosses and just generally plods about.

8 goals in 13 for us, he's doing something right, no? Granted he can still improve but his movement and knowledge of where to be is a lot better than Wickham's. He's still only 26 so in theory we will get the best years out of him should he stay a few years.

He had a very good Agbonlahor beside him at Villa plus Delph and Nzogbia just behind. Much better players apart from Wilf to bring out the best in him. He's doing not bad considering the lower quality of player he is associating himself with now after Belgium, Liverpool and Villa.

All fair points. Just for £30 mil I would like to see him being a bit more of a menace.

Eight goals in 14 games tells me he's not doing too much wrong. It's the other end that worries me!

And he holds the ball up, brings in other players and scares enough s*** out of defenders that a second striker can get space and time. Highly effective. This is not the problem.

Benteke moves slower than the Queen Mary..... If its not on his head forget it.....£27M or £32M he was massively overpriced. Watford bought Okaka for under £7M looks a bargain.

How much did we get for 'step over Bollasie'?
