Really starting to tire of the blame Pardew Bollox on this site, Parish the saviour is the culprit. Oh s***e, I did blame the saviour!! His refusing to spend the money we have gained from survival on quality. Plus the yanks investment...surely if we have been outbid 20 ties month. We are doing Also, some posters are as deluded with there blame culture comments.

Parish isn't blameless but I'd personally put it down to naivety and star struckedness (if there is such a word) and who wouldn't be naive and star struck after buying a club you've always loved.

Pardew was shocking ,crap results for18 months (apart from the FA Cup less than 8 games) amazing that no one is interested in Townsend crap signings no system Today was so much better Actually enjoyed it apart from Cheating ref

Pardew should not have been sacked, said it at the time. We have gone dramatically backwards since Allardyce arrived. Complete madness that people are blaming the recent form on Pardew still.

So 6 league wins in 2016 isn't his fault then? There are 2 reasons Pardew had a job with us until December...a benevolent chairman and an FA Cup final.

The buck stops with Parish. Firstly giving Pardew a five & a half year contract was absolute madness. Football is a fickle business and I understand the need to tie down a manager on the 'up' but Pardew's stock was very low. Parish should of gotten rid of him at the end of last season giving a new manager time to bring in his own staff & players.
