Although, most that I know don't have an issue with the word gypsy (as a convenience). Roma is the term generally used within continental Europe

Yeah there have and to be fair in recent years they've been moved on very swiftly. Last time we had them I got a load of them shouting abuse at me for looking a bit gay when I went running in shorts.

My passport renewal got accepted when I did that recently. I don't know why I risked it, but they just accepted it.

There you go again.Miss (deliberately?)the point and have a gratuitous pop at Travellers (who,by the way,are not Roma).Colonel Blimp's grandchild ? I wouldn't want anyone uninvited (particularly someone like you or Willo) moving into my front garden. But,funnily enough,I shared a flat while at uni with a bloke who was Roma.
