Third if it takes you a month literally a MONTH to find a replacement for a manager something is definitely wrong and I'm pointing the finger directly at SP and his leadership or lack there of. There are no contingency plans if something anything were to happen that's rudderless in my opinion. Lastly looking to the past does no one any good it's about progressing forward and you and most of the posters here are looking towards or living in the past. Yay we did x, y, and z last year doesn't matter in the world of football it's about progressing forward.

Marc Overmars was DoF The thought of having FDB, RDB, Bergkamp and Overmars around Palace is quite something, they clearly know how to nurture their young players
