Thanks Dan for the heads up yesterday on his Hull form. £8m sounds like good value. Expect him to be a good upgrade on Gayle. Would be lovely if we could get a loan done for another striker too. Guess that's asking to much.

happy with him as backup for now, then once wickhams fit he'll be third choice. if we don' get Sakho I will be f***ing fuming though thats the key signing, Sakho another GK and backup striker.

He might even find a role alongside, in terms of converting knock downs etc? Bottom line is that if Benteke gets injured at least we have a decent second striker in the squad now.

I wonder if £18m + £8m = £26m Maybe Mangala and Niasse was all the money we had left. Personally hope we now go for Cenk and a keeper on loan, if the cash is all gone.
