Two possible options I know of.

1) Huntsman Pub, in the basement of the Landmark hotel. It's a faux "English pub" but has Premier League showing on multiple screens (muted). I watched us beat Chelsea there in 2015.

2) Kiwi Sports Pub and Grill, Sukhumvit Soi 8, in the same area as the Huntsman. Have watched England in qualifiers, and cricket.

Lots of other pubs/sports bars in Bangkok, so these aren't the only options.
