So I think, chances are, if the roles were reversed, it wouldn't even have made it to court. Sentences for rape, widely touted as the second most serious offence against the person, after murder, rarely see sentences of more than five years. So for every man convicted of rape, at least 13 get away with it. And people wonder why women don't go to the police more often.

That is, of course, based on the assumption that 100% of rape claims are genuine. I don't know what the actual figures are, but it's certainly not 100% as a few recent cases of nutters crying rape have confirmed.

This is about consent and physical evidence. So what's the solution? I'm very suspicious about what the explicit realities that screwing around with the burden of proof here. In private educational institutions in the US....some have done just that. The Rubin report looked into it. If that's the environment you want I'm not with you. Just been told I'm part of the problem and shouldn't be commenting when I spoke up in favour of the #metoo tag, when it was implied men should instead be coming forward as the offenders. Good luck smashing the patriarchy.

Just watched this video by a female at university who's fed up with male feminists....which we know a set proportion of will just be beta males trying to get tail the only pathetic way they can....or they had negative male experiences in their family...though that's my belief not hers.
