Why was the thread taken down though, Thought that's what the Yellow and Red cards were for. Suppose they might use hindsight and ban them in 3 months time like on a previous thread. #gareththomas

It was taken down late on Saturday night during the 15 minute argument between 2 posters arranging a fight/ Facebook poke. Hol not a place to fight or arrange fights. No other reason.

You can challenge other posters to an arm wrestle though.

Again free speech, discussion, about such taboo topics like illegal activities and whoa and behold football violence on a football forum is a moral and ethical obligation for HOL?
I welcome you to the real world were you can get your fill of discussion and opinion.which isn't something you'll find in Eyre sq im guessing .

Free speech doesn't exist on private spaces; your free speech is only protected from the state, and in relation to public expression. It doesn't apply to forums, which are private spaces.

People threating to meet up and have at it, is a legal obligation for HOL, given that if one of them ends up seriously hurt, or even killed, then it could be presented that the site allowed such an event to occur, and incorporate damages.

I wasn't aware of the tit for tat exchanges before I posted that. I thought it was taken off just because of subject matter.
Pity though, it would have been amusing to me anyway, reading the fighting talk between two of our fans over a thread about violence.
The irony is too much

Would it have stayed up if, the fight had, at the request of poster no 1, happened in a ring and not down the alley at Norwood junction station?
