Anyone who sits near me will know that I am not shy about criticising refs but I thought Dean was decent today. He let the game flow. Sure there were one or two cases where he might have taken a firmer line (when Wilf was hacked down in the 1st half) but I didn't come away feeling he had taken a bung - unlike some recent games.

On the Wilf foul, he doesn't do himself any favors, I know it happens to him a lot but his facial expressions to the ref must really wind them up, he acts like he's the only football player to ever be fouled sometimes, he needs to work on his temperament in that area and just take it, because the more he "whines" to the ref, no matter how justified, the less decisions are going to go his way and the more lee-way the other team will get, it not fair but it's true. Disclaimer: I obviously love him to bits and that is my only serious criticism of him.

Bangell - If Camus wrote The Myth of Sisyphus today, it would be about Jason Puncheon eternally trying and failing to pass with his right foot.

Fully agree with Boo. Wilf is our hero for ever, but his displays of petulance do him no favours. Surprised that none of his managers have nailed it.
