How do you make playing Liverpool, Man City and Man Utd away in the first 7 games, playing mostly weaker teams?

If my interpretation is correct, to my mind he was saying that within those 7 games we threw points away against the weaker sides and he was thinking of Huddersfield, Swansea, Burnley etc.

Yeah, because they turned out to be rubbish, didn't they?

January Transfer window was actually the worst we've had in a long time. Off the pace striker, I believe will be a championship player, Rakip who hasn't even played a minute and Jack who Roy didn't even play over Delaney....

It's just hit me how abysmal this window was!!!

Had a terrific season.
Probably at that time they were considered to be one of the "Weaker" teams.

Perhaps this will be Dyche's last season at the club and if so he can reflect on what a terrific job he did for them.

Everyone expects random results in the first month or two coming back from pre season and starting to find their groove so literally a team well prepared over the summer can pick up shock wins as not all stronger teams are at strength - that's mu guess.

This was once a quality forum....

Just like Leicester were considered one of the weaker teams 2 years ago, because they had just escaped the drop the year before, and we all know how that ended.

Sorloth ~ Couldn't score in a brothel
FDB ~ Will NEVER manage in the premier league again
Zaha ~ Great at holding the ball up and carrying it up field for us , winning free kicks in dangerous areas and penalties ~ crap at finishing or getting decent crosses in
Townsend ~ well , lets not even start about him , Oh let me cut inside and lose it again !!!

Yet players that never let us down such as Kelly , McArthur , Tompkins etc
We very rarely read about

Here goes the troll again, bashing Zaha.

Zaha is the best player we have probably EVER had, in terms of the fear he puts in the opposition and attention he gets.

He is unplayable when on form and creates space for other players that you seem not to notice.

There is one man responsible for the first 7 games, and the fact we had a manager in place that a lot of fans wanted to fire after ONE game, and it aint Frank De Boer.

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

no he just makes statements without giving facts then crows about it when he gets it right, bit like picking a grand national winner 1 in 40 chance of getting right.
as for Zaha being the best player ever, no not yet we have had alot of players that have scared defences over the ages, my biggest complaint about Zaha is he sits on the ground waiting for the ref to change his mind which leaves us with 10 men.

Fact is you didnt like FDB and made statements with no reason or facts to back up your comment, just like sorloth your said he cant score but no facts to prove that statement,if you give facts to back up your statements then thats a good post but you dont sadly

This. Think he scored against Chelsea but for some reason the ref felt he had to disallow it. Not Sorloth's fault. I think he will become a very good addition to the squad, unlike some on here I trust Roy's judgement and he has good contacts in Scandinavia who also back Sorloth to come good. Also think of the teams he has played against... not the easiest introduction to PL football
