Sam came in a ordered we buy two, as we'd be f***ed just getting one if he then got injured... So we paid up and bought two... Then one got injured! And we stayed up..... Great call by Sam for buying BOTH, and was good the board backed him in all the deals he wanted.

Been class for a few months now. I've been hard on him but he's finally delivering consistently and looks better defensively. Now he's probably our clear first choice LB over Schlupp and Souare

Agreed, and he's also passionate about Palace. Can remember one week when he was on the bench. We scored and he went nuts. I saw then he was up for the fight back. Good guy.

Agreed. He's lazy on defense. Similar to Benteke. If we had them both on the field it would be a nightmare for the other 9. Almost never tracks back. Originally posted by Lyons550

PVA is playing as if he is keen to get into the Dutch national team - unlike his colleague who seems to have given up fighting for his place in the Belgian squad.

BS signings are the fulcrum of the side. They are all good and long-term. Also affordable (just about). Perhaps that is no longer the case and we really have lacked young players coming through like AWB, how many have we missed.
