That's not down to an individual being an entrepreneur and stuffing people on the way up. It doesnt mean you are rich as you need to live somewhere. Stirling I don't defend the wealthy.
There is nothing to defend them about.
They need people to see that fairness has to be the normal.
The wealthy are actually a group of people which is getting bigger

No worries Cryrst, I do defend the wealthy. They are a sign of a meritocratic society that works and as long as they are responsible and support the society that enabled that wealth I celebrate them.
