Today Wilshere has mentioned he is open to offers from any Premiership club or clubs aboard. I do wonder if there has been a lack of interest in him. Possibly agents ploy to get a bidding war going. Knowing that there was a high probability that he was going to leave Arsenal anyway I would of thought he would have been snapped up or something lined up seems strange, injury history major part or could it be that clubs are not prepared to pay him what he wants without guarantees. Oh yes West spam are reported to have held talks with him, but spam are linked to every player under the sun.

If we can shift Benteke and his wages off the books then I’d have thought Wiltshire should be a risk worth taking. With Cabaye and then Benteke moving on there wages easily pay for the Wiltshire deal with some savings maybe enough for the Turkish lad.

If we can also get RLC back and then hopefully spend a sensible amount on a play or two with a goal threat. Antonio and Mitrovic come to mind...

That along with the new keeper already secured would in MY mind be a fantastic window.

Yeah I agree. In another mad story Payet is being offered back to West Ham. They seem overloaded with Lanzini too. Will wait and see I guess.

If Jack Wiltshire was wanted by RH I am pretty sure we would have been in the mix. But there has been no really serious links to us at all. I will trust in our management team to get this right as we do need to replace Yohan. Must admit Jack would seem a risky bit of biz but who knows! Just hope my trust is justified???
