Does that mean we have signed Vicente Guaita, or is that deal not happening now?

Hopefully this window we can get transfers done rapidly

He has signed but his player registration cannot transfer until his current contract expires which, I believe, was quoted as 30th June so 1st July (in theory).

Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five!

And he can’t pull a David Unsworth?

Unsworth had signed for Villa, from W Ham, before deciding he wanted to go to Everton instead, who paid the £3m that Villa were going to pay. I've no idea if Villa were compensated, but what is certain is that there's no point in having players at a club who don't want to be there. As I understand it, Guaita has signed a pre-contract with us, which hopefully has a compensation clause, if he fails to join. I'd like to think we've found out which way this is going sooner rather than later and not wait until over half the window has gone.

Not relevant when he's a keeper and has to deal with the chances they created. A shot on target is a shot on target

im not sold on him at the moment maybe still needs to have the main back four in front of him,see if he commands area better then, punched a ball when easier to catch when not under pressure, but this seems tobe more a foreign keepers trait,
so for me WH is still number 1 and he has improved alot under this coach, even my welsh mates said whos that keeper you brought, at to tell them it is Hennessy
