Would have loved RLC this season but we just dont need him now. We wont spend any money in Jan so cant waste the loan spot on him. It has to go to a new striker. Roy would just stick him on the bench until march/April anyway.

It is not down to the player he may well want to come to Palace which I don't think he does by the way he speaks he didn't really sound like he wanted to come to us in first place but it was his only option to play games. Chelsea want a loan fee which is high going by the word around which would be in region of 5m which is why we didn't bother before this is silly figure and only some one stupid would pay this (remember this is half of what we spent in summer) The guy is very rated any way otherwise why is he not getting in Chelsea team
