On good authority from somebody in the match day support team that Benteke likely needs an op and will be out until new year if so. Also Wickham back in training but really struggling (top heavy) just keeps breaking down despite really trying hard to get back opposed to popular opinion he's lazy. Think it's gona have to be Sorloth until Jan for me Ayew just not strong enough to play off. No surprise also but apparently Roy seriously after RLC and Wellbeck in Jan window. If Sorloth scored were on the pitch....

Never had the use of the word ‘washout’ been more appropriate!

Hmm, it seems conservative management doesn't work. I suppose a wash out is like a knexit.

This doesn't sound good, more information in a few weeks. Oh dear.

Had this done myself in my 'football days'

Its when the surgeon just cleans up floating scar tissue etc.. If all goes to plan he'll be fine and back training within a week (I was).

It might make him feel so much better that he starts scoring again!

Lets hope the surgeon made some other modifications and maybe brought in a brain surgeon to washout the part of Christian's brain which covers confidence, and wipe out his memory of last season completely.

Hmmm, HOL's recently-posted article suggests that he's out for 6 weeks. "Will we notice?" some may ask, but others have been pinning their hopes on a return and a renaissance.

Benteke is a player who seems to be rated more highly in his absence!
In reality he has made very little contribution in 15 months and many have wanted him out of the team/replaced.
However, because of the paucity of other options he still looks the best bet to be our main striker.
I’m not sure where we go from here.
You hope that Sorloth or Ayew(even Wickham) will seize the opportunity but it feels like the triumph of hope over experience.

I find that the best thing to do is to format the drive completely and then install the latest version of Ubuntu Linux instead of Windoze.

Or maybe in Tekkers case, simply turning him off and turning him on again will do the trick
