Erm, I do see my missus from time to time. Sometimes at work. And I have to say New Addington has the finest Lidl this side of Prague. Very friendly, all the locals are chatty and they let you go first if you only have a couple of items.

I go there a lot to visit friends too.

A couple of personal anecdotes of colour issues - just to add to debate:

1. Brother and sister, white mother mixed race father. Him, good looking lad, olive skin, wavy hair, clearly "of colour". Her, identical heritage, beautiful, blonde hair, blue eyes, you would be none the wiser. So how would that work, can you be black if you say you are and can prove heritage and, if so, how the neck do you manage and police that?

2. Her indoors doing admin work for a council department, asked to circulate a leaflet about some sort of bame group to the on-site members of staff and ending up, following some offended colleagues who she had left out based purely on skin colour, by having to go to every staff member and ask "are you black?". In that case, would it be acceptable, or would it need to be fun by the colour authorities first?

Sorry. I appear to be in a different solar system to you. Can you explain why I would need balls to be a trainee with Lidl?

And how on Earth am I like Barbra (for that is how she likes it spelt) Streisand?
