Besides inequality is a product of meritocracy.

No society that functions probably can have equality....it's a failure of logic to think it can.

All you can do is reduce inequality in ways that don't damage the meritocratic hierarchies.

2018

the compensation culture

the having kids while long-term unemployed culture

the teenage 'baby-mummy' planned pregnancy status culture....for many urban yoof.

Today it can be a badge of honour in your gang to impregnate as many different girls as possible. In 1970 it was far less prestigious and often embarrassing to have 'gotten a young girl into trouble'. Poverty epidemic.

the culture of staying in places with no hope. Staying on the dole. Welsh valley towns, little villages in Northern Ireland, Glasgow, Stoke, Sunderland....villages and towns whose local employment is all a thing of the past.
By contrast, in the US when a town's employers fizzle out, so does the town. Detroit ? gold rush mining towns ? all empty. No dole, no incentive to sit on your a..rse eating crisps and watching jeremy kyle.

‘Much too young.’

My god man. Are you 8 years old?

Britain is not poor relative to any previous century.

Yes, the wealthy elite keeps us poorer in relative terms than we should be but that is barely a party political issue.
Housing shortages are largely caused by immigration keeping prices and rents high and wages are suppressed by immigration.

Ironically, the 'Gammons' benefit most from high house prices and rents since a lot of them have already paid for theirs and some become landlords. Probably bought their houses nice and cheap too.

now its all iPhones and dogsh.1t

We had dog s*** in the 1970's too - white dog s*** actually and you never, ever see that now

comedy was funny.

no obesity epidemic....look at all the old photos. An entire football stadium full of skinny feckers.

intellectuals on telly, in the pub, doing odd jobs,

2018
minimum-wage jobs that require you to be awake and sober at all times, and ideally young.

queues of traffic, public transport nightmares, queues for seemingly everything.

dodgy highly processed food everywhere turning us into americans.

thicks on telly, thicks in parliament, thicks being worshipped for their opinions,

binge drinkers fighting, p1ssing and puking everywhere. Especially the girls.

Go and watch Fawlty Towers or the Gary Oldman 'Tinker, tailor, soldier, spy' and feel misty eyed for a world without cameras, airport security, and call centres.

Ah the good old days when men were men eh? And even you were a young optimistic whippet. Well maybe that’s going too far.

Can I get some of those rose tinted glasses or do they only get handed out to bitter, dislllusioned and unfulfilled ethno nationalists.

Actually quite satisfying to see the oft dismissed reasoning behind such viewpoints qualified with such gumption.

Stirring stuff

Did you know? 98.0000001% of people are morons.

Yep, that's what you get from the left......insults.

Not a debate because their arguments don't stand up....it always comes down to the insults.

We can do the insults as well commie.....fifth columnist....Islamophile....soy boy....beta male.

All fun but ultimately not serious.

for asylum seekers its overwhelmingly male immigration.

it leads to a different type of poverty from money-poverty. Just look at village life in China today, GoldRush towns in the 1840's US,

a predominantly male society is often violent, macho and unpleasant.

Gender imbalance = a new poverty - very familiar in Calais. Going out to a nightclub there ?

Poverty is relative to what level you put against it.
I dont see people eating their own dogs or starving to death in the streets.
Now thats poverty.
See venezuala and the like for poverty.
