The judges will favour Wilder so if it's close Fury won't get a decision

Fury got the decision in Germany which is the hardest place anywhere for an away fighter so not necessarily.

Anyone know what time the fight's likely to get underway?

As it's in L.A does that mean a 5am Sunday morning (UK time) start or even later?

I don't think Fury would have been a clear favourite if not for the layoff. Not sure he would even of been favourite.

He was favourite against Wilder earlier this year before his comeback fights. It was only his performance in those that saw Wilder take favouritism. Had Fury been consistently fighting, and winning, for the past 2 years I assure you he would have been 1/2 or shorter.

I'm sorry but I can't believe that. Maybe 3 years ago but not the start of this year after his weight ballooned to 29 stone!

I've got tickets for it so I hope it's a good fight. Fury just needs to avoid the Wilder windmill and he should be fine...

Scheduled to start 4.30 so will likely be 5-5.30am.

Bacon butties at the ready!

Penge is at the fight and some of us will be watching real time.

I'm not that big a fan of either but it's still a big fight.

Fury is one of the finest mind game players boxing has seen. His two "gloves are off" with WK were absolutely perfect and he got right in to the head of "Dr Steelhammer", the man who was unplayable, an incredibly smart man. And if you watch his face off with Wilder a few weeks ago, Wilder was eating out of his hand with admiration, dancing to Tyson's tune until Fury decided to take away the niceties and it took Wilder by surprise. And then it all spills over yesterday, Wilder is losing the fight already.

Fury is hugely underrated and has the potential to take all 4 belts. He switches things up constantly, his head movement and feet are great for a heavyweight and his ability to switch to southpaw with comfort is something all serious boxers should learn IMO. I'm a big fan of AJ but he should have fought Wilder because I can't see AJ winning against Fury.

Apparently Fury has lost the equivalent of Ricky Hatton fighting weight in weight.
It safe to assume this will impact his stamina, Wilder in round 10.

Let's hope that Fury has not eaten any contaminated meat or taken the wrong medication for a head cold.

Tough to call but I will stick with my suspicion that Fury has a glass jaw. If Wilder can land one he goes down.

Agree that he has good feet, head movement and switching lead hands. But can’t see him having the engine to do it for 36 minutes.
His nervous energy from worrying about that 1 punch landing on his chin will eat into his stamina.
When Wilder lands I can only see one outcome , if fury wins obviously it would only be on points , he only punches from his arms.
Looking forward to it though.
