Go on then....BBC articles that 'pander' to the right.

Your point about perspective is a good one....but that's a more philosophical point. The reality is that the BBC should not be involved in any of this obvious position taking......not and also claim to be impartial.

I'll find some later when I've done some work. But this is an interesting one to debate..

I'm a bit confused here....the Israeli situation is a 'right left' thing? Aren't the right as anti Israeli as the left?

Interesting how you frame that.....It's only the neo liberals that are significantly pro Israel.

Also, this says nothing about the reality that the BBC reported an article that was against actions taken by the Israeli government and had to respond to a particular lobby's pressure.

Am I wrong?

You think the pro Israeli position is a right wing one then?

One five year old example in The Sun.

You don't even believe your own codswallop do you.

You defend a position out of habbit.

Have you wondered why nationalism was once promoted and now frowned upon? Puzzling isn't it.

Have you ever wondered who really decides what we should think?

You realise that all of John Lennon's ideas about love and peace came from Yoko. The same Yoko who was resentful about the US dropping the bomb on Japan.

Something to ponder.

Nationalism is frowned upon now because there is no profit in it. The powerful nations can't fight each other anymore. We start wars in smaller countries and then rebuild them afterward. Then we can use all those refugees created as cheap labour.

When I say we, of course, I mean the elite. The ones who can murder, destroy and dictate as they please.

Well the Trump administration seems quite supportive. And the attacks on Corbyn (justified though they might be) come from a section of the British Jewish community that can best be described as establishment.

And if we can agree that Israel is fairly right wing, then it doesn't concern you that Israel is able to influence what we read about Israel in our public media?

Swapping to the US...a bit different but ok.

Yep Trump's administration is pro Israel....as was the democrat one before him....and the one before that and so on.....it's a neo liberal establishment thing.....it's also where the money is when you actually look into it....and both the left and right chase that green.

I'd agree with you that the Jewish lobby attack Corbyn and his brand of idealism as anti semitic.....but that Jewish lobby vote significantly left.

Just as they do in America....it's 7 out of 10 to the democrats.

They vote majority left in Europe and America and majority right in Israel.

It does concern me.

What happened recently to Corbyn and the Labour party was a disgrace. (even though he's a hypocrite on free speech).

I was appalled by what people are expected to sign up to.....restricting their free speech....on any country.

they did, not so sure anymore. there's a lot of very wealthy people there who understandably see the tories as better bed fellows.
