Like try to gift vardy a goal (twice!)or let a cross drift over him into the net! I actually think he is a good keeper but people have incredibly selective memories to suit their cause.

Any one else notice the back looks much better with this other keeper between the posts like they are not worried keeper is going to do something random or flap at stuff.

We had 3 shots on target and scored 3.

In the Leicester game we had 1 shot on target and scored 1.

This is our new approach and I like it, shots on target = goals scored.

And in the Burnley game at the beginning of the month we had 29 shots, 9 on target and scored 2.

If we can combine the creation of Burnley with the finishing of Leicester/Man City then Cardiff will be in big trouble on Boxing Day.

Woke up smiling which is mad. Watched extended highlights again & still have the same response. Wow!

The look on Luka’s face when that pen went in showed he still had last season’s miss on his mind.

Redemption, 3 points & goal of the season for, instead of against, us - happy Christmas indeed.

Thanks CPFC, you never cease to mess with my head.

Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five!

i was worried before and really thinking of not going but now so glad i did.

I just hope we can continue with this now this has been our problem we perform against big teams but the games we should be winning teams around us we at time dont even turn up.

zaha was very poor today roy needs to stop trying to use him as a striker by himself up top also when will he learn to lay off the tricks every time he has the ball.

I'm a huge Zaha fan, but in this game he was our "weak link". Strolling and mostly walking around, trying to show off all his tricks and seemingly waited for City-players to surround him before get going.
While the rest of team worked their socks off (all of them) - WZ acted like high class superstar not bothered about putting in a shift.
Hope Roy & Ray put him on the wing next game - and tell him to make an effort.

I think Jimmy's celebrations went a bit over the top yesterday:

you guys dont have a clue do you, reading this tripe majes me laugh

wilf was doing the job asked of him by the manager, hold up play allowing others to catch up with play and come ibto the game, and by having 3 players on him it leaves space in other areas.

4 games in 11 days and you want wilf to run his bollocks off against citeh. your mad

I had us to win 3-0 at 850-1, 3-1 at 290-1 and 3-2 at 250-1 all on Betfair exchange, tenner on each. Unbridled optimism or insanity? Not sure. Happy though :-):-)

Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry.

That makes sense if your going to hold up the ball then play in the players who have caught up with him, not hold the ball up then try and take on the 4/5 opponents who have surrounded you instead of passing. And he hasn’t run his bollocks off against anyone for a while now not just against City. The bloke needs a rocket up his arse because his work rate lately compared to everyone else is disgusting.

Our chances are now finding the net, where before they were coming off the woodwork, etc. Full credit to the team, that was one hell of a shift they put in yesterday and 3 points we really weren’t expecting...

Not clever but guita getting yellows for time wasting shows a wealth of experience.
He knows it can break the opponents rhythm if they are chasing the game.
I do think the back looks calmer and the save against leicester that low down i dont think hennesy would have made.
IMO

Just (daringly) floating the suggestion that the 2nd City goal was Guita’s fault. Each time I watch it I think he’s going to stretch out to palm the cross away, but he does nothing. Thoughts? Am I being unfair?
