Out of your list Austin would be my number one choice and Chicarito a close second I'll try what you suggested, but that's pretty easy to find out if you only go to their wikipedia page. The number of minutes played I think is more important, because 2 players can both have 20 matches played, but one could have played for 80 minutes each match and one for 10 minutes. They both score 10 times in those 20 matches. It's a big difference though.

Any business we can do will be done at the end of the window as always. Solanke could be a good prospect but we don’t need players who need to be developed and might be decent in a couple of years.... we don’t have the time. We need somebody who can force his way into the starting 11 now and score goals. Solanke is not what we need.

If any of them watched our display against Chelsea they wouldnt fancy their chances of making an impact here in a team that played with 10 men behind the ball from the 1st minute

I agree, but I think that was a huge mistake tactically by Roy in playing that formation and so negatively at home, trying to get a 0-0, which made it even easier for an already very good team.. our last few games at Selhurst "our boys" have played some great football, Leicester was a struggle but we battled, but against Chelsea we were never in it, not one shot on target and only 4 off target attempts in the last 10mins when we did push forward, which is abysmal for a home team, and we actually did cause Chelsea to "wobble" because of pushing forward.. we played better at Stamford Bridge..

All duds. Get Defoe, January done. Get Wickham and Bentekkers fit and shake Roy until he trains the players to actually put the ball on either Sorloth's or Tekker's fecking bonce!
