Real shame is hasn't worked out. Can't expect the guy to shine with 5 mins here and there at the end of games. Really don't think we got to see his true ability. Wish him all the best.

Sky where saying yesterday before the Sorløth transfer went through that Palace wouldn't let Sorløth go until they find a replacement. So hopefully a replacement is close to joining.

what an absolute waste of money on our part. It's not his fault - no young European striker one would turn down a move to the Premier League. I hope he can get himself back on track and find his level. I lost 5 Euros against Grimsby as i bet my uncle he would score. Damn all those Guinness making me an optimist.

In addition to the up front payment I think we paid an extra £3m if we stayed up that season (we did) and the same this season. There were also goal and appearance add ons to take it to c£16.5m maximum. It's likely he'll cost c£15m in total not to mention agent and signing on fees etc.

Even this loaning him out is wrong. He needs experience in this country so a loan to anyone below Prem is what should of been the case not sending him abroad which just shows he is not in Palaces plans for future. Complete waste We have so many problems poor scouts and no good coaching staff to make players better.

Showed a disgraceful lack of commitment in every game here. I hope the loan goes well for him, of course, so that we can hopefully get some of our money back when we sell him.
