Kamara is and always has been a s*** pundit and a complete balloon. Comes across as being a few bananas short of a bunch as well.

A friend of my was in 'Digs' in Southsea with Kamara when they were both apprentices at Portsmouth at the time when Ian St John was the manager. He has told me that in those days Kamara was a quiet reserved sort of chap.

Was that your cat that turned out at Goodison yesterday and gave the stewards the runabout for four minutes? (Actually it looked like one of mine, but I know where she was at the time in question).

From what I have seen, the stewards weren't doing a lot of running about !

I’d be tempted to play Schlupp at left back if PVA doesn’t up his game soon. He has been disappointing recently both defensively and on the ball.

I don't know about Schlupp, but I lost count of the number of times PVA gave away posession with poor control and misplaced passes.

I don't think he will be missed as he is turning into a distraction and his use of the ball is as bad as PVA's

As dim as it sounds I hadn't really even considered that. I was more of a hang on in there mindset. You're right though and credit where its due we got the win so it's not a one man show by any means.

We have to remember that the first team squad is really fatigued coming off so many matches at xmas and January but that PVA has been ever present in the cup teams as well as the league. Might account for it?

And a no from me...we should keep Zaha and if at all possible add Batshuayi in the summer? Maybe could part fund by selling Sakho in the summer?

Need to keep up that level to end of season now

Fair play to him. However he needs to work as hard every game as his lack of closing down against Soton in the build up for their goal was really poor. Similar to the 2 Arse attackers today by all accounts.

Thats possible, but his passing yesterday was awful - there nust have been 3 or 4 times when he passed the ball straight to one of their players and actaully launched their attacks for them. I was very un-impressed with him.
Its an interesting quewstion whether Schlupp can play left back.
