Leftie hippy chipping in! The right to participate is actually a human right so its important that everyone has theright to take part. There are only 3 ways you can do it for fairness... 1) you participate in what you were born into, unfair to the person who is no longer that gender but fair to everyone else 2) You have men, women and non binary events. Fair on the people involved, a few people early in the transition might have a small advantage but about even...just not enough of them for it to be doable. Finding 11 non binary people in a town is tough, finding 11 non binary people that want to play football could be close to impossible... 3 They cant compete in either, they are no longer by definition male or female so cant take part in either. Nobody really wins, we cant live in a world where people who are blind or have no legs can play sports but people with a non functioning willy cant? This is a non option I think... But we do need to agree on it and stick with it. And we need to do it without idiotic theoretical nonsense about attack helicopters... I would go with option 2 personally. Its a compromise but I would rather nobody at all being happy than a percentage being unhappy and the rest being outraged at each other...

Since reassigned transgenders are on hormonal drugs for the rest of their lives, surely they should automatically be banned from all competitive sports? Hormones are banned for all other athletes. A stairway to Heaven and a Highway to Hell give some indication of expected traffic numbers

How can a woman transitioning to be a man dosed up on testosterone be allowed to compete ?

All joking aside this opens up another can of worms, (not willys) as you are right. How can a woman transitioning to be a man dosed up on testosterone be allowed to compete ?
