I am no expert. I watched a few episodes of Columbo and Poirot. The refusal of the McCanns to answer a few questions, maybe originated from Lawyers intervention. Questions, such as, (but not restricted to): "Why were the twins still asleep after the police arrived ?" "Why was Maddies blood/DNA found in the boot of your hire car ?" "Why did you contact the media/publicist, before you called the police ?" leads me to think the tranquilizing of the kids was facilitated before the McCanns went out to the Tapas place, and that the body of Maddy was disposed of using the McCanns's (hire)car. I am no expert. I watched a few episodes of Columbo and Poirot.

The refusal of the McCanns to answer a few questions, maybe originated from Lawyers intervention.

Questions, such as, (but not restricted to):

"Why were the twins still asleep after the police arrived ?"
"Why was Maddies blood/DNA found in the boot of your hire car ?"

"Why did you contact the media/publicist, before you called the police ?"

leads me to think the tranquilizing of the kids was facilitated before the McCanns went out to the Tapas place, and that the body of Maddy was disposed of using the McCanns's (hire)car.

If I were a betting person on the culprit(s), my money would be on 'very close to home'.

This is definitely the aspect that irks me. If it's a genuine effort to find her, at this point doesn't it become absurd? And what about the thousands of missing kids since that we've never heard a thing about, don't they deserve help?

It could be that like charity shop chains, Maddie has become her very own industry, with significant amounts of money being spent on the idea of 'the search for Maddie' rather than actually doing anything of significance for her or any other missing children.

If it is a conspiracy.....I don't think it's a deliberate killing.....though obviously I'm just free wheeling here.

Aside from the extreme callousness required, they come across as pretty smart and surely they would know that too much could go wrong.

I was in luge 2 weeks after the nipper went missing. Met with a few of the ex employees of the hotel the mcanns were in. Sort of red coat type employees as it was a holiday complex. The name evades me im afraid. The hotel basically got ruined overnight. Well i was i think reliably told... This leaving the kids alone and checking each 30 minutes was a nightly event. It happened at least 3 times if not more. They could have employed a baby sitter for 10� an hour. But apparently they didnt want to leave the kids with a stranger!!!!! Each of the nights the kids were heard crying by other guests. For what its worth my two theories.... The parents somehow OD maddie and well..fill in the rest. Second you have to remember maddie might have been 3 but actually nearly 4. There is a big difference in mental ability between those ages from experience of my own i know that. Maddie was upset about her siblings crying. Got out of the apartment to look for mummy and daddy. Walked the wrong way up to the top road in the town. Got knocked up in the air by a drunk/ no insurance driver. Panicked; girl in the boot and away. If she would have walked down towards the restaurant she would have been spotted as it would be past all the cafes and shops. Well if she had made it down and got to the sea and got in there im afraid she had no chance as the rip tides nearly killed two adults who needed rescuing while i was there. Alternatively to the above she was abducted and gone but i dont think that happened. I say as well that none of this would have happened if the selfish arrogant arshole parents hadnt been so me me me. Also why would you wash a teddy with your (lost) kids scent on it. f***ing weirdos the both of them.
