I totally agree that the whole diversity thing is totally overplayed. Most secular types have no issue with sexuality. My only issue is with the idea that transsexuals can be treated as the sex they have supposedly become. That is just plain unrealistic. That aside, this story demonstrates that imported backward religious attitudes and a progressive society are incompatible.

It is a waste of school time. They can learn all about those things in a practical way from the internet. Any search for gay/ lesbian videos will do. Exactly, there is enough out there to last a life time, so I've heard.

That point I generally agree with. I am sure I read a thread about transsexuals competing in women's sport. That is just ludicrous and the line must be drawn somewhere. Change your passport to say 'female', call yourself 'miss', all fine with me. But chopping your cock off doesn't make you a woman, just as my man boobs don't make me a chick. I do like my man boobs but my nipples just dont do for me what my mrs's do for her.
