I think anyone expecting us to bring in 5 or 6 big names for about £70m total is gonna be disappointed. Talk is Michy would cost us upwards of £35m, only way we'll pay that is if we sell Benteke for a good amount, and who the hell's gonna pay for him after the two season's he's just had?

I think it much more likely we'll have a summer like last years - bring in about 3 or 4 players, mainly youngsters, on frees or low fees and save one loan for January in case we need it. Personally I'd like us to get a winger, a #10 and two strikers, but I can't see us spending more than about £40m total this summer.

We’ve been linked with Oliver Burke but that may depend on Wilf not being there. It’s a big if but if Burke could fulfil his potential and a bigger if...Wickham stay fit there would be some power in the front line.

I think its more likeley that if we sell AWB, then 35m of that money(40m rumoured from ManU) will be for Bats. We Should be able to get a decent RB for a Lot less.

"It was a Team effort, I guess it took all players working together to lose this one"

We won't let AWB go for at least £50m. But the question then is is the remaining £15m enough to get a suitable replacement at RB? Certainly not gonna get one of AWB's quality with that kinda fee

The plethora of posts assume that we will still be in the PL next season and whilst this is of course highly likely it is by no means certain. We are still looking over our shoulders !
Hopefully this weekends results will see us in a far more healthy position.

Are Huddersfield relegated if we beat them & burnley win?

Huddersfield will be relegated if we beat them and both Burnley and Southampton win.

If he does well I can't see Chelsea selling him at any price if their transfer embargo is still in place

Of course I want AWB to stay. Such a great player to watch. If United were to come in with a big offer then it'll be a big decision for club and player to make.

Whenever it comes to selling a key player I always think you should look at possible exchanges. That way you get an immediate option of a replacement and you won't get clubs hiking up the price for a player when they know you're desperately trying to find a replacement.

With that in mind if United were to come calling I'd insist on Fosu-Mensah being part of the deal. With the right coaching he's got all the attributes to be a top player. Maybe not as good as AWB but it'll be a long time until anyone can surpass his standard.
