If I were a young man I'd be pretty angry.....I know there is a lot of anger out there already and if it's true that we don't actually leave.....then as time goes by it's going to get worse not better.....certainly as the realization hits home.

Which brings me back to my 'default' position where i once again bore the pants off everyone by continually mentioning how their labour today earns them less those they've followed, ie where one average wage was sufficient back in the day for granddad and family to have a 'reasonable' existence, you now need two. Nobody ever questions this FACT and equally i don't understand why nobody ever addresses this simple point.

Sadly i can't see things improving...........but i have no doubts your two boys will be fully educated.

They certainly will be.

In the first world war the officers went over the top with the lowest private. For all the issues of class they were genuinely 'in it together' and they batted for the same side.

In the modern age, their descendants are 'internationalists' and they aren't going over the top they are nihilist, self centred sticklebacks with no sense of national duty.....feasting on whatever they can get out of this once great country.....pointing fingers at the descendants of privates for complaining about their feasting.

I read similar a few weeks ago. Back in the day we were led by people who had actually 'done something' with their lives before becoming the political representative of many.

Fake news.
This is one person's opinion turned into a top story to sensationalise the BBC'S own narrative.

Pussay. You are a horrible man with your constant insinuations that anyone who doesn't agree with you is either stupid or racist or both.

You seem to have no affiliation with Crystal Palace as I have never seen you post anything Palace related so why don't you buzz off and annoy people on some other forum instead

But why are we getting angry about the vote not being carried out and not the social injustices you speak of?

Like the French?

Brexit is a convenient distraction for this Tory government where otherwise they would be under serious scrutiny for the austerity cuts, like the crime explosion and poverty. The only people angry about the brexit vote are those that buy into the idea that the EU is the root of our problems. The Tories are happy with that, that's why they are happy to drag it out as long as necessary

A pretty costly distraction of it means risking losing the next election.
Don’t you think it’s possible that Labour are being as obstructive as possible because of an ulterior motive? Even you can’t claim Corbyn has the country’s best interests at heart. He never has before. Exactly the opposite in most cases.

How do you feel about your contribution towards the watering down of a word that used to only be used to socially ostracise people who truly deserved it, to the point where it's now completely meaningless?

That’s what he’ll hear and so should you when you read his repetitive posts. We need an ignore option and button.

This is true. It’s become the buzzword equivalent of Just a Minute’s deviation or repetition.
We live in a world where Easter chocolate rabbits are described in the same way as apartheid.
The way the word racism is bandied about you’d think everyone hears or says something blatently racist every few minutes.
I don’t know any racists. Society has changed for the better in this respect. I’ve met a couple in the last thirty or forty years but chose not to spend any time in their company. I suspect most people are the same.

I'd rather live in a world where it's overplayed and there's no racism rather than a slight acceptance and as a consequence incidents of racism have become more prevalent. Brexit has played a role in that

But there won’t ever be any lack of racism when people insist on seeing it where none exists. Its like the “N” word. The only reason it’s still heard is because rappers and comedians insist in shouting it all the time. There were loads of derogatory terms for people of colour which have all disappeared but that one is still around.
